Yeee.....Corned Beef and Cabbage.

One of my favorite meals ever. This was an old pic. One of those ones where you are browsing though your camera and take a nice pause on it.
I will need to cook up some, This was i believe 14 pounds of brisket in two different slow cookers for St. Patti's day. I had almost a couple dozen friends over for corned beef and guiness onion soup.
